After you have contacted us we will arrange a mutually convenient time for one of our designers to visit you. We will discuss your requirements and various designs and styles, and measure the work for pricing. When we have done this we will give you a firm quotation guaranteed for 12 months. This is a firm price which will not change rather than an "estimate" which you get from so many companies in the building trade.

When you place an order with us we will make sure that your requirements have not changed and confirm our price. Our survey department will contact you to arrange a time to suit you when we can accurately measure the work to be undertaken. Our surveyor will then produce a survey report in which the specification and designs are agreed by us both. He will at that stage agree a firm installation date.

We will contact you before the work is due to start to confirm the exact details. The work will commence on time and be completed within the specified time period.When you are 100% satisfied with the work we have done for you then you pay us.

The job specification includes removal and disposal of all debris and returning your property to the state in which we found it,other than your gleaming new Fascias, Soffits and Guttering, which will look stunningly different.
